The candidate must have very good idea about creation / design of innovative and original web layout design. Also the applicant must have knowledge and practice on Adobe photoshop, Corel or Premier. A good knowledge of HTML , CSS, Web2 design etc is definitely a plus . Artistic background is also an added plus.
