Candidate should have very good knowledge in Search engine optimization, and various technique for making a site search engine optimized and placing it in a good place in search engines. Directory submission etc knowledge is essential.

Candidate should have a working knowledge of web develeopment and very good knowledge in English
Knowledge of html and css is MUST.

Candidate must have very good knowledge and practice on Adobe photoshop, Corel Draw or Adobe Premier. Knowledge of web page layout design, and HTML coding of the same using dreamweaver etc . with good knowledge of HTML , CSS, Web2 design etc. Artistic background and animation knowledge is added plus.

For Online web markettiing executive Must have very good knowledge in Written English.

Good technical knowledge in website design and development is definitely an added plus. But very good English writing skill and common intelligence and desire to work and learn, is must.

Job Description :- Candidate need to apply / bid for various projects, online, from various websites, Must be written in Flawless English. E-Mail answers, follow-ups to overseas fixed clients for new projects, regularly with CEO help. Monitor day to day project work done , project milestones completed by coders and designers. Maintenance, content entry etc for Company website.

Offline Web marketting :- Hard coder marketting people , fluent in Bengali, english and hind. He / she has to travel within Kolkata or outside Kolkata , extensively and bring website , graphic jobs for the organization. A salary and a very good commision for candidates who will achieve target and go beyond it. Target will be very nominal for starters.
